Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel had a great location, close to downtown Nashville and excellent for exploring the area. The rooms, while a bit small, were very clean with nice, fluffy towels. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The dining options were good, especially for those heading out to the nearby Broadway bars and attractions.
The hotel's location is excellent, close to downtown Nashville attractions and easy access to work meetings. The rooms, although a bit noisy due to their proximity to the street, were cozy but tight for movement. The service was exceptional, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Dining options were limited, and the facilities were adequate but somewhat cramped.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, though a bit small, was comfy with a good view despite some street noise. The service was incredibly friendly, but a mix-up with a tip caused a slight inconvenience. The location was decent but required a hilly walk, and there weren't many restaurant choices nearby. Dining was a pleasant experience, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel had clean enough rooms, slightly on the small side, accessed via outdoor halls making it easy to get around. The staff were all pleasant and helpful, except for one person who was rude during the check-out. The location was good to see all Nashville has to offer, with many attractions in walking distance. The dining experience was quite good, but the scrambled eggs were cold and the coffee weak. The facilities were decent.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though on the smaller side and facing the road causing some disturbances during sleep, were surprisingly modern and comfortable. The price paid for the stay definitely offered good value for money.
I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel offered very comfortable rooms but on the smaller side. The service was excellent, with a special shoutout to Alfred, Wes, and Ann. The location was convenient but not as close to downtown as expected. The dining experience was satisfactory but could use some improvement. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is close to downtown, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms, though a bit crowded, were clean and nice. The service was friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of many attractions. The dining experience was simple but good.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The staff were great, but the room was a little small, accessed via outside doors, and dated. While clean, the rooms were not as spacious as I expected.
I found the hotel to be a mixed bag with some positives like its convenient location near downtown attractions and a variety of breakfast offerings, but the rooms were on the smaller side and felt basic, almost like older motel setups. The service was a standout with friendly and helpful staff, except for a few exceptions, and the dining experience was surprisingly good with a range of delicious options. The facilities were decent, though not exceptional.
